The concept of Ibadah Friendly Hospital (IFH) is an Islamization management program that has been implemented at the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) since 2014. The IFH concept aims to upraise the concept of health holistically which encompasses physical, psychological, mental and spiritual aspects to the entire hospital staffs, patients and visitors. The main objective of this study is to provide an initial overview to the community towards the important concept of IFH that should be implemented in society. The cooperation implemented by the hospital indicates an increase from year to year. Thus, the concept of IFH needs to be soundly refined in order to be implemented in the society. Coordination between elements of IFH concept is essential in its practice in every hospital which wants to adopt this IFH concept. However, this coordination does not work well; indeed the ambiguity about this concept still exists in the hospital community that wants to implement this concept in their management system. Thus, these health service products need to be highlighted in the community by restating the necessary key elements in indicating that the hospital adopts the concept of IFH. Therefore, this paper further discusses the concept of IFH by referring to the data and information obtained from books, articles and other related documents.
