This study aimed to try to alleviate or limit the problems arising from the rhythm of arbitrary divorce through a cooperative insurance proposal, which guarantees the wife a decent life after divorce, and not subjected to lust and poverty; and the problem of research was represented in the following question: "What is the extent of the possibility The application of the idea of insurance against arbitrariness in divorce in the Qatari society, through researching the truth of insurance in Islamic law, by defining it and explaining its types, and the difference between it and cooperative insurance, in addition to the most prominent controls that ensure that divorce is not tampered with in order to obtain insurance amounts; and for this The study is important as A beer in the Qatari society by shedding and highlighting the issue of arbitrariness in divorce, allocating it with more attention, and calling for new proposals that would limit it to its wide spread, due to the harm it causes to the wife, family, and society; the study presented suggestions to study the mechanism of the functioning and application of insurance against abuse On divorce, it reached results in which the Qatari community welcomed the proposal to insure against arbitrariness in divorce through the results of the questionnaire that included more than 500 respondents, in addition to inviting a group of scientific personalities who were interviewed to the need to develop a set of controls to implement the proposal, including A conflict with its primary destination.
